The GofireAll-Purpose pouch is made from Polyethylene terephthalate (PET). PET remains safe and effective even in unique applications such as in fire starters where the plastic pouch itself is ignited. While primarily recognized for its food safety due to being non-toxic and chemically inert, PET also burns cleanly without releasing harmful substances.
